Well back from dealer. They said the the issue was with the stabilitrac sytem. "Yaw rate sensor never set up at factory" How I've driven the truck 7700 miles with only 1 service message I'll never know. They also preformed recall N182179090, Fuel Injector Calibration Update. So we'll see what happens

I had a Stabilitrac light pop up last week when on the interstate and drove over a deep edge rumble strip. Truck drove fine and the light went out after shutting the truck off, restarting and driving away.

mine stumbles.
didn't start until the day after my 2nd oil change. around 10.5k miles.
happens nearly every time i drive it now.
on cold start (not like winter cold.. just cool morning), if hold at about 30mph it'll stumble as long as i keep the throttle steady.

Also experienced a very hard downshift today, when rolling up to a red light. I can never tell what gear its in.. so... i dont know what gear.

going to the dealer soon.

I also experienced the same at 4400 miles

I experienced the same on mine a few days ago. I was rolling almost to a stop when the light turned green and I went to accelerate and it just didn't do anything for a few seconds then it started to accelerate. I was actually driving to the dealership for the software update I was informed about. I told them and they said they would take a look at that. I picked it up and they said the software update should have taken care of that. I guess I will see....

I got the software update at my last oil change in April. It still stumbles when accelerating hard before the engine/transmission is up to temp , but not as often. The service writer said GM was very aware of the stumble problem, said it was the transmission possibly protecting it's self from damage.

Mine does this same thing sometimes. Also has hard shifts some times. No clue why.

I wanted to post an update. I had a recall on the truck that I had completed a couple days ago, and part of the recall was the reflash of the TCM. As of right now, I have noticed a better engagemnt of the throttle when I am slowly stopping and starting again and no harsh shifts. The dealership told me it will get better when the TCM learns my driving style since it is a new reflash. I guess itme will tell.

I called the local dealer ship trying to get the injector bulletin completed. They said they could not complete unless a CEL was present. Can anyone confirm this?

For GM to pay for warranty repairs the Dealer mechanic has to follow their protocols.
If there is no CEL there is no issue according to GM.
