I get anywhere from 160-300 miles around town, on the highway towing, I have seen upwards of 650 miles, just depends on how they are being used.

I'm normally seeing around 200 miles or so to get into REGEn and then about 20 miles or so to go through one.

Trying to find a "norm" for regens is impossible, because numerous things affect soot production, and subsequent accumulation of soot in the DPF. For example:

How quickly you accelerate away from a stop creates more or less soot.

Whether the exhaust system is hot enough to engage in dynamic regeneration while you drive affects how quickly soot accumulates in the DPF.

Whether there are hill climbs that require an increase in pressure on the accelerator.

Whether you are towing, and how heavy the tow load.

The number of stops and/or slow downs during your typical drive.

How often the exhaust system gets fully heated up, and how long it stays in that state.

The speed at which you are driving and whether it is steady.

My '18 seems to regen about once every tank. Most of my drives are at least 30 min with few stops.
