LB7 to LBZ swap

I have a 2002 Silverado with the LB7 motor
Fuel Rails and injectors just replaced, then the head gasket went - warped head
I found a LBZ and 6 speed transmission, I located a wiring harness but can't find anyone to re-work the harness so it's a plug and play.
BT Diesel works does it, He's very hard to reach, when he did respond, said it was an 8 week turn around.

Does anyone know of another shop, or is capable of this work?

Thanks in advance

BTW my LB7 (warped head) and 5 speed 4wd is for sale
