Random bolt hole and bolt under ECM connector harness bracket?

*yes I searched, and I am also stupid.

OK what am I looking at. I am wrapping up replacing my injectors on my 2005, in the process I removed the bracket that supports the ECM connectors, I removed 4 bolts, but it appears that only 3 hold the bracket.

is there a random bolt and bolt hole under that bracket? From the looks of it it did not have anything bolted to it.

Thanks in advance.
