1994 GMC Grumman Route Star

Hello everyone, I am completely new to the diesel world. Need some help. I just bought a 1994 GMC Route Star Step van. Been trying to find info, with no luck. Grumman was very helpfull about the body. But all GMC would tell me is that it has an "incomplete" engine, P30, and has a glider kit left engine. GMC also reffered me to a number in Canada, they said they could give me the info if I give them $75. WOW!! I was hoping some one here would know some thing about this truck like what type of engine, how many liters, how many cylinders, etc. I also need to know what type of coolant to use the Low Coolant Light is on. Thanks so much for you help

could some one please tell me what type of coolant to use in this diesel truck. The closest diesel mechanic is 40 miles from me and the Low coolant light is on. I dont want to drive it like this. The automotive store doesnt have info on commercial trucks. I am pretty sure it is just regular green antifreeze but want to make sure. when i looked in the coolant compartment it looks like there is only water in it. would really appreciate some help

Probably a 6.5 (or 6.2 can't remember what year they changed). Agreed with what Joe suggested
