I am just now getting to look at my p0420 code. I should have the 9th injector this week. I have noted some sensor readings nox 1 and nox 2 are 284/16 at idle. O2 1 and o2 2 are relatively the same most of the time. 9.15/9.31. Egts during a regen 550 1100 1000 1000 never any higher. When not in regen , nbr 1 egt is the highest. Dpf is at 14 g was at 9 g after a regen.
After I clear the code and do my next cold start, it tries to do a rengen, I think to set all of the monitors and that is when the cel comes on. But the O2 readings? IDK what they should be.

This is one of those cases where you just need to trust and replace the injector then drive. Maybe get the Edge Insight that I recommended so all is on same page.

I replaced the 9th injector. Regen temps now up to 1300 from 1100. Nox 2 levels down to 10% of nox 1. No cel after 100 miles. Still have 2 monitors to satisfy egs and dpf. Thank you for your help. And what they say about you Mr. Kennedy, you are the man!

Iím having the same code on my 16 van, before I get into it, will the edge work on the vans?

From what I am told no it will not. I asked Aaron about the LGH quite a while back, but he never got back to me.

They said that itís not tested on the vans and donít have an answer. Iíll try to find someone local and try it.

I replaced the 9th injector this morning, I would hate to do it on the pickups, but itís easy on the van. Changed it out, cleared the code and did a manual regen with a snap on scanner. I will drive it a few days and see if itís solved.
