Truck suddenly died

My 2011 Chevy 2500 hd died suddenly when turning a corner no sign what so ever now it turns over good just won’t start almost like it’s out of gas

You might mention any mods or changes from the factory set-up that has been done, so you can get better help, any codes or lights on???

I have had the def deleted about 3 yrs ago other than that telling me to change fuel filter

Probably got a bad batch of fuel and plugged the filter. Try replacing the filter first.



Being it's an '11, I dont want to think about worst-case yet.....

Could be this.
Sounds like typical fried tcm. Seems way to common on the 11
2011's are the only years I've seen have the issues with the TCM more than other years.

I have a similiar issue , if the tcm is the case whats the fix?.. i have a mini max H&S with full delete for the last 110,000 miles

If it's the tcm, then the fix is replacing the tcm. I'm not certain if it also needs to be programmed for your specific truck or not.
