Engine noise after head gaskets and delete

So ive spent weeks trying to diagnose this, with no real answer. Occasionally, at random, more often than not, whenever it wants(ok you get the point) ill get a high pitched almost metal on metal sound or a squeaking sound(hard to describe) from the engine. It definitely sounds like it comes more so from the passenger side, but you can hear it around the whole engine bay. Already pulled the belt to make sure it wasnt a bad pulley or accessory, still persisted. Im thinking this might be a valvetrain noise? My thing is why is it random? If so has anyone paid a shop to do a valvetrain adjustment? What did it run you?

Video of the sound

If you can occasionally hear it for yourself when the truck is parked with the hood up, I would suggest getting a mechanics stethoscope (they are cheap < $20) and use it to narrow down where the noise is coming from, being careful not to get it caught up in spinning bits.
