HELP! long beeping noise won't stop

I have a 2013 Duramax 3500 I just replace both batteries I started the truck after about 20 seconds there's a long beeping noise that won't shut off. It is the same beep that indicates when it's ready to start. This is my first diesel so I am pretty much clueless. Any ideas? Thanks

Seems I can't find your beeping in starting Engine procedure.

Starting the Engine
1. Turn the ignition key to ON/RUN.
Observe the WAIT-TO-START light. See Wait-to-Start Light on page 5-10. This light may not come on if the engine is warm.
2. If the WAIT-TO-START light is illuminated, wait until this light goes off to. Then turn the ignition key to START. When the engine starts, let go of the key. The engine has a fast warm-up glow plug system. The wait-to-start light will illuminate for a much shorter time than most diesel engines, due to the rapid heating of the glow plug system.
-Caution
If the wait-to-start light stays on after starting the vehicle, the vehicle may not run properly. Have the vehicle serviced right away.
3. If the engine does not start after 15 seconds of cranking, turn the ignition switch to LOCK/OFF. Wait one minute for the cranking motor to cool, then try the same steps again.

Sounds like some aftermarket device. Does it have an aftermarket tire pressure monitor? Mine does that when one of the tires either doesn't read or is below pressure.

You got it. I starting tearing into the dash to find the source. The previous owner installed a GPS tracking device that went haywire.
