2016 gmc Denali duramax low coolant 500 miles

Just got my brand new 2016 duramax a few days ago. Haven't even driven it for full 2 days without problems. Low coolant light came on at 465 miles and also noticed a leak the second day I've had it. Took it into the dealership they tested it and identified a leak in the water resovoir tank and replaced it. Picked up the truck the following day and the light came on again after 60 miles with no signs of coolant leaking however coolant was less then minimum. Notified the dealer and they advised to bring it in. Tech checked it out and said there was a possible air pocket and they kept the truck. After a few hours got a message from the service advisor: Might need to keep it. It's still acting up and the tech has to get ahold of technical assistance to talk to the engineers at gm. Don't really know what's going on. Truck runs great, no smelling, no overheating, just don't know where the coolant is going. Calling the engineers is a huge step. Saw a lot of posts dated from a while back with ultimately the head gasket being replaced. Brand new truck 2016 with 500 miles. Unfortunately the problem still exists!

I don't know but I would seriously consider telling them you want a different truck. Not sure if something like that could be worked out. Depends on the issue I guess

One and done member. No one will ever find out what was the outcome.
