Blow by

Gday all ive just got mine back up and running after tranny rebuild and put a new turbo on but now when it hits full revs(3500)oil gets pushed out of the dip stick now its never done this before

Do you have the CDR connected and in factory condition ( from the CDR on the valve cover via a pipe to the intake elbow pre turbo)?

If not, the combustion gasses and oil vapors can damage the crankcase seal

Which turbo did you get, and what psi boost are you running at the moment?

Mods: Racor 690r fuel filter/w heater, new front face, new radiator and support bushings. Repaired both cab corners & frame. (Rust.)
Relocated PMD, DIY extended wiring harness. # of PMD replaced since owned truck in 2013: 5.

Ok dually yeah got and brand new one on and pipe goes to a catch can then into intake pipe pre turbo

I put on a gturbo and it maxs to 21 psi by 2500 rpm

Why r u running it up to 3500 rpms? Keep doing that and you won't have to worry about blow by for long...

Because i just put a fully rebuilt transmission in and was testing to make sure it was good at full noise changing gears

With the engine running and oil filler cap off, can you hold a normal A4 sheet of paper above the filler neck without it blowing away?

A sheet of paper?!? I thought the blow-by test was an upside down oil filler cap..
