93 oil pump drive/engine rpm sensor

I had the trans in my 93 K2500 go into limp mode last week. I hooked up my Tech 1 scan tool and found one code that was a overdrive fault. The service engine light would start flashing as soon as I started the engine , so I went through the other sensor outputs with the scan tool. The engine rpm would spike to 5000 rpm and then back to actual rpm.
A few years back, I had the same sensor go bad on my 91 6.2-4l60. it was telling the ecm that the engine wasn't running momentarily. Cost me a transmission and then some[stealer rape]
Anyhow, last night I got the truck in my shop and got the part out. 1 bolt and one wire connector. I had 2 spares so no big deal. Wrong. all 3 are cracked on the top where the sensor is located So I started looking on line using the GM part number on the top of the sensor. NOTHING. Nothing listed on rock auto and nothing listed on GM Parts Giant.

Hy question is: has anyone bought one of these recently? and from where? Part number? OR, has anyone repaired/rebuilt one of these?
The part number on the plastic part on top is: 7041996 also stamped into the side is H4063/A.
I'll get pics of the part later today and post them.

It wasn't there last night when I searched using a 93 K2500 6.5 TD. The good is that it isn't $350. Thanks.
I'd still like to be able to find parts for them to fix or rebuild the ones I have. The oil pump drive part doesn't wear out and the sensor has to be stupid simple.

Everything I see so far while searching on the pump drive is that the sensor and shaft are one unit.
No sensor part numbers, just the complete unit.

If you have a CPS hole and lower timing chain sprocket with the reluctor, there is a much less expensive way to get the ESS signal.
5714531 or 12554092 CPS. Same signal, used mostly on military vehicles with 4L80's.
You can usually find used ones cheap, and new ones also.

The thought of using that ran through my mind. I wasn't sure what kind of signal a standard 6.5 CPS would put out/ I love the idea of a permanent fix for the OE less than stellar design.
This engine does not have the correct timing cover and sprocket and balancer on it yet. Any future 92-93 builds will have it though.
Thank you for the great info.
Maybe I could make the old oil pump drives into oil system primers. Good for something anyhow.

A follow up on the trans problem. I did have a oil pump drive on the 6.2 from my 91 that wasn't cracked. I put it in and problem solved.
Here are some pics of the 3 cracked ones that I had and the one I used to replace. The sensor out of the 91 had been replaced at least once. It has a slightly different shape.
I plan to cut the bad one open to see what is in there that could fail besides the crappy plastic cover-connector that cracks.

I also have some of the military 6.2 oil pump drives that have the mechanical tach hook up. I'll PM you.
