I'm going to call Badger tomorrow to figure out what this means exactly. I'm guessing it means that they are already calibrated (for free) to be within 25 +/- of 2150 (that is the stock number, right?), which I'm fine with, and that for an extra $50 they will calibrate them to a pressure other than standard. I can't imagine they would rebuild injectors without testing and calibrating them afterward if they go to the trouble of testing their brand new injectors also.

You are correct, I asked what it would cost to pop them at 2350, and he said $50.00. The stock setting is fine if your running stock boost and fueling.

Turbo brothers suggested running mine to 2400 psi cause of the bigger turbo and fuel mods

Might be a good idea, just to know that they were set at what you asked for. Nothing wrong with keeping people honest.
I do think Badger is still the best place to get injectors though.

They already test and bring them to within 25 psi of stock setting, I was just asking that when they get a set in to do them to 2350 instead of stock setting. They still have to go through the same motions, just using a different pressure setting.
