I would start by removing and cleaning the 3 ground wires located on a stud at the rear passenger side of the engine to ensure a good strong clean connection.

Removed, cleaned and reconnected the 3 grounds on the intake manifold on passenger side and still the same...

Seems like at first start it wants to move but not like normal. After a few minutes then nothing. Shut down and restart after 2 minutes and again seems to move slowly then nothing again.

ATF is at normal level (always keep fluid levels in check) but not sure what would make this happen...

Still seems like a ground problem but you may want to try another PMD for the first 2 codes-is the IP harness ground mounted to the IP or an intake mounted PMD heatsink?

P0756 (trans code?) may be the culprit but not sure what to do with that other than bring it in to a good trans shop?

I had one other thought that is a reach-check and clean the drivers side battery cable connections at both ends to ensure a good ground at that point.

Still seems like a ground problem but you may want to try another PMD for the first 2 codes-is the IP harness ground mounted to the IP or an intake mounted PMD heatsink?
The IP harness ground is grounded to the IP, the PMD is under the front bumper on a custom heat sink & mount.

Replaced the PMD recently (few months ago) with a NEW PMD (both are the grey ones and both were brand new).
The P0380 is an old code that pops up every now and then (needs glow plugs)

I appreciate all the info, thank you, please reply with any other info you think may be helpful.

Unfortunately here in Miami, Florida there are no "good" (trustworthy) trans shops

Any ideas as to why at first start it acts more "normal" than after just a few minutes?

In my world, I sometimes have to trust somebody if it is out of my league.

Either that or get a complete set GM service manual and start studying it.
See if you can DIY.

A lot of us knows some basic stuff but sometimes we cannot do things ourselves.
Also, the fact that we don't have the time.

I talk to people all the time and ask for referral, etc.
Go to the suburb if it is not in Miami.
