Not sure who makes Heath's kit, but SSdiesels exhaust parts are heartthrob.

I have the SSD xover and downpipe. Good quailty parts, I had no fitment issues what-so-ever.

10 min job for me. Less then 5 mins to cut the old crap off with a sawzall, and little over 5 mins to hook up the downpipe and crossover.

I'm not a huge fan of Walt, but his STAINLESS x-over is two piece (read easier than one piece) and CHEAPER than Heaths Aluminized(also two-piece). I like Heath, but his prices are out of line sometimes.

When I buy replacent parts I try to support both SS and Heath

The 6.5 community reminds me of the 3800 community

1 forum is way more popular then the other and theres really only 2 players in the aftermarket. I try to support vendors that support cars not so popular and help keep us modernized

I believe it does but drastically if your stock pipe is crushed inside. Somewhere there is a thread about dropping a golfball through your stock crossover and if it makes it all the way through it's one of the good ones. I did that to mine and it made it past 1 bend only to get stuck in the other.
And it isn't too hard to do as long as you got some type of mech skills.
