Rocker shaft bolt torque specs?

Just changed the head gaskets and havent been able to find the rocker shaft bolt torque specs. Also is everyone using the felpro valve cover gaskets or black rtv? Thanks

In my 1994 factory service manual it gives a procedure to make sure none of the valves are close to a piston crown during the installation.
It says to line the mark on the torsional damper up with the "0" mark on the timing tab, then rotate it 88mm to the left. It should now be lined up with the first lower coolant pump bolt. Next install bolts snug on the shaft. Tighten alternately to 55 N.m (40 lbs.ft.)

Thanks for the info. Maybe I can get it running this weekend.
