Banks 6.2 exhaust gaskets

Good evening all... I have a 1986 C20 with Banks 6.2. I am starting to get exhaust leaks in the cabin and I checked the exhaust and most of the exits have leaks. The DS manifold is leaking which I can get at the parts house... But the PS manifold where the crossover pipe enters the exhaust manifold is leaking and the downpipe gasket is leaking as well... Is there any off the shelf gaskets I can use it will I have to custom make something? I've tried emailing Banks twice but they havnt responded yet(sometimes they are slow) as I know they discontinued the Sidewinder for the 6.2 but they still were offering a limited supply of parts. Any tricks to working on a 6.2 with the Banks system? Dosnt look like a lot of room... Also, if I ever had to mess with the turbo gasket, could I use one from a 89 Dodge with the Cummins? I know the H1Cs were small like the Banks turbo on the 6.2 thanks for any assistance.

On all the exhaust leaks you can remove, clean, wire brush, everything then put a thin coat of high temp silicone or copper coat and reassemble, the crossover should have donut type gaskets, they can be found at a local parts store or muffler place... most folks don't use gaskets, they just burn out over time...

The crossover at the drives side manifold is a factors Donut gasket. The gasket on the passenger side of the crossover is a standard 3 bolt gasket. I know race shops have them on the shelf. As far as the passenger side manifold to head...you may or may not use gaskets. I put one in, but techically you don't HAVE to use one.

The gasket for the Turbo to manifold is a standard T-3 gasket.

When you refer to the copper, are you referring to the copper spray gasket or the copper RTV?
