Box Filter Wiring Diagram?

I have a 1988 Crew Cab donor truck with the 6.2, I am using the box filter, and would like to wire it up to use the heater, water, and pressure features. It has the 3 plug ins on it. I haven't been able to find a wiring diagram for this filter, does anyone have one?
Thanks.

It's in pretty bad shape, I found it under the seat and mice have eaten the first couple pages, it got soaked some how and the pages are sticking together.
On the bright side I don't have to treat it like a new manual and worry about getting grease on the pages LOL
