I Googled CUCV II and Wiki had some good general information. Seems that the CUCV II's were civilian models sent to a shop to militarize them. It said that there are also some CUCV III's based on the GMT800.

Yeah i was the opposite, i just figured that the CUCV continued on until 1999 but with a different body style and a 6.5.

Here's the definitive answer in these links:

that's what i would do if my other half was twisting my arm to get rid of my baby. and if someone was crazy enough to actually buy it for that price i just might be a little more willing to part with it :D

Me and my dad thought about looking at a 2002 LSSV with like 40k on the Duramax. But it came from sand country. So we rethought that decision LOL!

1992 3/4 ton, 2wd suburban, 6.2L diesel
This would be cool to pick up cheap and have some fun with.

I don't believe that it's a 92'. Maybe it's a 91'. My 92' is a GMT400.

Depends on the Manufacture date I think.. Could be wrong. I though the 1 Tons Suburbans and K5s were all OBS until the 1993 model year. That being GMT-400. I could be wrong though, it happens once in awhile lol

dixiepc 01-22-2014 10:46 PM

Well my 92' Suburban is a GMT400.

All times are GMT -4. The time now is 02:14 PM.
