No surprise it had been posted for 27 minutes only.

6x6 Duce and 1/2 - Bug Out Shelter - Price Just Reduced

As far as bug out vehicles that would make a nice target for those who wish to have what you have. Big Magnet!

If you had to wait to go until the dime dropped does anyone believe that you could actually get out of a place like Scottsdale before traffic stopped moving? An Abrams or a Bradley might make it by driving over the idiots in the traffic jam.

The early 6.2 with one wire and no electronics except the radio is the perfect bug out vehicle. My van should go nearly 600 miles on a full tank and even start after a nuclear war but I still couldn't escape the city--hell you can't even get out of Portland without traffic jams most weekdays without an emergency going on and god forbid if it snows.

But I do love to watch the guys who build those and hope they work.

Off soapbox

And I love living in the woods too

600 miles? How big is your tank?

Mines 25 gallons and the best I ever got was 19 mpg, which equals 475 miles.

I could get 600 on my truck if it was highway, unloaded, and I had the other 20 gallon tank hooked up and working...

33 gallons x 19 mpg = 627 miles

Actually only 18.58 over the last 6 fill ups of mostly freeway but some city driving so it would be only 612 miles
