Will a u0140 code cause loss of power?

My truck is fully deleted, 4 inch turbo back exhaust, tuned with efi live and dsp5 switch. 220 fass lift pump hsp intake and intercooler piping and 68 mm turbo from Danville performance. Truck runs great but when I'm driving at any speed over 50 mph it will randomly lose power and I can't go over 50 till I clear the code. But it'll only it a little while till I have to clear it again. If I use my edge cts2 it won't show any codes but with my snapon Solus edge the u0140 code comes up. Can this be what's causing my problem?

Thanks, I wasn't there when they tuned my truck but my girlfriend did say they had to jump it when trying to start it after tuning it. I'm guessing that's my problem. I'll call them tomorrow
