Installed a titan tank, or at least that was part of it. Had a fuel leak and after dropping the tank found it was a fuel return line rusted through. I have also had a problem with the gauge reading empty at half full since new so I decided to go the whole hog. New fuel line, new sending unit and since it was already out, new Titan tank. It was great putting 50+ gallons of fuel in it today.

A couple of notes for anybody reading this, go with a Dorman fuel line, not OEM. It will save you some headaches and a bunch of money on freight. The hangers for the Titan tank need some tweaking to make them fit. Two small bents and they will drop right in. Give me a PM if you would like details.

I was able to fix the sloppy steering this truck has had for the past 50,000 miles. Two turns of some screws and we are back to tight steering. Look for my quick write up in the suspension and steering forum.
