Good Question. Probably some but not to this extent. I'm still waiting to get my autocal back with the "fixed" tunes from the guy who did the original setup for me. I anxious to find out something..........

It was like I was looking for a unicorn. I originally wanted the 8.1L with a 6 speed manual as I previously owned 2 but after a year of looking I found the truck I have now. Wasn't really wanting a diesel but after having it for a couple of months it pretty nice. The main thing I was after was the 6 speed manual which really limited the trucks out there for sale. I got it now though!

I wanted a 6 speed so bad, I could only find BEAT to death high mialge ones.

And I wanted a new body... I don't know why its so rare, or they at least had the options.

I really like mine and I miss my other two I sold like an idiot. Had a 2003 and a 2005, although both were 8.1 gas they had the ZF6 Transmission in them like this one. I lucked out finding this one. It's in real good shape and only had 110,450 miles on it. I reckon everyone else is holding on to theirs.

Hope it fixes it.

I can't help with the buzzing, but you shouldn't have to send the autocal back unless you didn't want to mess with the files. I had to have my tuner change something for me, he just emailed me the new files. I loaded them into the autocal and then reprogrammed the truck.

The guy told me that but I really didn't want to fool with it myself. He said the buzzing wasn't hurting anything and I'm in no hurry so I just sent the autocal back.
