Garrett VVT/VGT turbo vane sticking

I set up a new Tech tip for this. I skipped the basic R&R and just went for the meat and potatoes with this one.

Very nice! It even prints beautifully without having to fiddle with saving as text, PDF, saving pics separately, or other annoyances!
