injector rates?

everytime i pull my trailer my injector rates go all over the place usually between +2 and +4.5 only when i pull the trailer takes a few weeks to go back to normal and when it does i have #7 and 8 trading back and fourth one day the #7 will read +6.5 then it will be fine for a few days while the #8 will read +4.5 but both never read that at the same time starting to wonder if theres something goin on in the fuel rail

thanks for those links good reads i did the injector cleaning and they got worse but now are back down to +4 range
