how to convert dyno numbers from emissions dyno.

I just got my truck emission tested, the dyno read out for the torque numbers are huge numbers. I know there is a way to convert this to real torque numbers.

Does anyone know how to convert these numbers?

These were without my programmer BTW, bone stock.
