Slow Shift

Every once in awhile shifting from 1st to 2nd is slow, truck revs high(2500rpmish) then shifts, with little throttle. Have not had it happen if i stomp on it. Not sure if its from the tunning from PPE that would cause it or if there is a way to check if something is wrong with the tranny?

Shifts very smooth for the most part. Have had the odd hard shift from 4th to 5th.

This is with no weight/towing

Try changing your spin-on filter and see if it goes away. I do mine every other engine oil change.
