I sure won't pay what they want fro it. They said they would come down $2K but they will have to come down more than that for me.

vicewgod2003: Do you ever come up toward Savannah any? Is your transmission quiet? Mine rattles like crazy. Like to shove this transmission up Chevy's butt.

Actually I just drove down through there about 3 weeks ago, but that doesn't help. The next I will be through savannah with the truck will prob be mid-december.

The tranny is quiet to me. I do hear a slight rattle at idle with the clutch peddle out in neutral but doesn't bother me. (I still have stock DMF). There are some clunks during shifting but its a truck not a luxury car. Hope that helps.

I appreciate the reply. I was looking for someone to go to the dealer with there truck and compare with mine. Mine didn't start making noise until the second DMF went bad and they would not fix it. I finally got Chevy to look at it. Then the 3rd DMF went bad with only 5k on it. They still would not fix it again. Then they put input bearings in the front of trans. With only 60 miles on it was making a thumping and rattling noise. Chevy said it is normal. I could go on with more. Now the warranty folks will not even call me back. Must of pissed them off!! Now with SBC the flywheel is so quiet but the trans sounds like its going to come apart. I am not looking for a totally quiet truck. I just want them to fix what I believe they broke.

There is an 04 charcoal Chevy x-cab, short bed, 4wheel drive, with wheels and tires, exhaust, a ddc and a ppe box with 80k on it in Danville Kentucky. The guy is asking 22k for it. Truck looks pretty clean.

There's an 04' CC SB 4x4 ZF6 locally with only 26K on it. Not sure what they are asking yet.

I just did a search on autotrader online. Everyone seems to have a pretty steep asking price, but here's what I found:
