IS there such a thing as a groove cleaner for an internal snap-ring?

I've run into this before. I do have some small flat brushes the go in a drill or die grinder. But not small enough for this hole - ! 1/8"

How about a Dremel type tool? They are 1/8" shanks and most tools come with both an 1/4 and 1/8 collets so you can use the dremel type bits in them.
