No, not yet on the kick walls. I think I might upgrade and go with 2x6 or 2x8 (thicker than what I was going to go with) tongue and groove southern yellow pine. It will be approx $1500 more. My thoughts are that it will look nicer, perform better now just need to get the cash out of the wife. Already told the kids their inheritance is getting smaller.

Started on the kick walls for the horse arena. The project that never ends. Told them to drop the wood in the driveway, figuring I can move with my skid steer. Not so much, bundles were too heavy. Off loaded some but 16' boards with a 16' gate and icy slope didnt work so well so hand carried and feeling it today.

Ended up going with 2x10 ground contact green treat on bottom then 2x8 tongue and groove southern yellow pine. My wife wanted to go "cheap" I told her I only want to do it once. It will be nice when it is completed.

You could drag 'em with the skidsteer (rope around one end of a bunch of boards, lift with skidsteer and then drag them wherever...

After walking the majority of the first bundle I ended up getting the truck out. I stacked them in the bed and put some 12' on top to keep them weighted down in the bed and backed up the hill. Just more work (double handling) than I planned.
