adams motor group ( worst ive ever seen)

well we have purchase a 2007 gmc from adams motor group outa of San Antinio TX these people have done nothn but inconvientice us and lye...it started over a cashiers ck that they said they would take then backed out right before we left to pick up the truck...then we wired them the money by 200 pm in order for the to recieve funds same day which is like a act of congress to do....but they failed to mention there banks where closed due to weather and swore they could still recieve money which was bs....so we get emails saying that thet where sorry bla bla bla..in one which said they would arrange to have truck at airport are would pick us up....no not the case today...we booked tickets and emailed them a time frame we would arrive....now we have to catch a cab....just piss poor service and there word is no good so beware of the shady people at adams motor group in texas

Wow my eyes hurt after reading that. Did you buy this off of ebay? If I were you I'd just back out of the purchase right now.

If the service is that bad I'll tell them to shove the deal up their rear.

Here's their pledge:
"Bottom line is that we perform our due diligence to ensure the sale of high quality vehicles while maintaining 100% customer satisfaction. Unlike “BIG” dealerships our cost of operation is relatively low, so we don’t have to charge over market value to stay in business. With the combination of our In-House Service Department and knowledgeable sales staff we strive to ensure that our customers are purchasing a High Quality vehicle at a Fair Market Price!"

Looks like they blew that percentage with you.
