Pulse Oximeter

I need a pulse oximeter that I can where while working & exercising and not have it get in my way.
Does anybody know of such an animal?

If I can't find a pulse oximeter that can be worn while working & exercising I'll have to settle for a heart rate monitor.

Is your doctor asking you to wear one I suppose?

These are the ones I recommend to my patients that want to wear one.. They are pricey..

Well if you do buy from ebay make sure it is a good seller and the product is either in good shape or new.

Try to find a medical supply place if you can...

Yep, Not some accessory. I'm not much into jewelry & such. No watches, no rings, no pulse oxymeter, etc.

Thanks

Any idea on how the batteries hold up?

The old Criticare I have is huge compared to that. But then it's about 15 years old.

They hold up pretty good from my understanding, never had anyone complain about them.

Know anybody that has a used one for sale?

I hate to invest in a new oxymeter but it's probably a good idea to follow their advice.

Onyx used to make one that just slipped on the finger as a unit, but it wouldn't stay on with activity. Your best bet is probably to get a unit that has a soft probe that attaches to your finger with adhesive.
