AFE DP Back Exhaust

Anyone have success getting the section of pipe out from in front of the DPF without cutting it? Looks like there's a bracket on the transmission I can remove for more clearance, but there's a cross member in the way that looks like it may require cutting the pipe.

I'd really prefer not to cut in case I ever want to put stock back on. Suggestions pictures? I've hunted Youtube, etc, system's manufacturers instructions are pretty worthless on the removal topic.
