anybody used methanol injection and got valve rattle when injecting, snow calls it quench, does not do it when truck is on stock but when setting on level 2, valve rattle using EFI LIVE, DSP5 any ideas?
Sounds like you have the boost setting too low on the controller (injection too early). Raise the level to start at a higher boost level or swap nozzle for a smaller diameter if you cant get it to stop. You probably aren't making enough boost at lower rpm's on stock setting to allow it to start early enough. Once it starts building boost, your RPM's are higher so it can evaporate/burn more water faster.
What is your max attainable boost level when using the tunes? Have you tried to set the start @ ~12psi and raise the max setting closer to your max boost level?
