Why not go with a EGT system? That way it only injects after your egts get so high... otherwise your going to wasting propane and it may even work against your turbo brake (ie combusting on its own). With an EGT system you wouldnt have to worry about the injection of propane into a slowing down truck.
We use a simple mini relay in the over the road trucks, so that power to the propane system is cut off when the turbo brake is applied. Very simple....
Did I just read that after all these yearsn of being against LPG injection, Banks is working on a propane system? and Nitrous too?? What will happen to C.J.'s article??
It also depends how much boost you build up when the brake is applied, if its less than your threshold start time, then you may not need to worry about it. On some of the semi's the boost is 20-25 lbs with the Jake applied, so the relay helps conserve propane.
