What to buy???

As I'm very green to the diesel world I want to make the right purchase the first time! A good friend say to go EFI live, that way I can change on the fly.

When I look up EFI live it comes up as a flash scan and doesn't look like the programers I've seen in trucks.

I don't plan on doing anything crazy at all, just looking for some better towing power and maybe just a little more get up.

The truck came with 5th wheel hitch and I have a bumper pull so my buddy is gonna trade me for a 100gpm lift pump.

I'm just looking to find out what I should go with and some possible other mods that are geared more towards reliability and longevity like egr blockoff.

Any info is much appreciated!!!

Look up actual tuners. Like PPEI, Danville , I have Ridgerunner tunes and couldn't be happier.

EFI Live is the best way to go but you will need someone to write you a tune for your truck. John Kennedy is a vendor here and he can get you started.
