EFI Live issue

I'm unsure if my switch is going bad or if something is going on with my ECM, but I have owned my truck for about 3 years and about 5 times it has gone from stock (I'm guessing. The truck had EFI Live on it when I bought it) to lope tune or whatever position 5 is called. Truck is a 2002 LB7. I do not know too much about the setting, was told 1 is stock, 2 is a little more, 3 is a lot of bit more, dont use 4 due to stock tranny, and 5 is a low tune it seems. Causes the truck to sound almost like it has an aggressive cam in it. Any help would be appreciated.

do you have a dsp5 switch? If so it might be failing or the wire that is ran to the ECM might be the problem as well.
