could be fuel filter but even with a speedometer you should still be able to feel the power. maybe its the transmission, whens the last time you changed the spin on filter is the tc slipping?

what i ran into was my outlook monitor is de-fueling for the tranny before it goes into limp. with monitor on just a puff of smoke then cleared up with not much power. i took the monitor off and smoke rolled so did the power.while it did not limp i'm sure i was close. i was on crazy larry tune. i know a guy with 6gun s/l set up and when he comes back into town. i'm going to take off his banks and put my bully dog on to see if the banks is safe guarding his tranny too.

Many reasons may cause this, What modification were Done lately, even the installation of a Remote start may cause it.Changes, Etc.

Most remotes are hardwire to the electronics..the TCM/PCM/ECM detect this as foreign as retards HP.wrong wiring, etc.
