CTS2 Insight Pro/HP tuners

I have been searching for somebody that uses HP tuners. i want to delete my 15 lml( straight up emission delete nothing more) and trying to find out if you can use the insight pro to use in place of a dsp5 switch.

can this be done? or does anybody know any tuners that use HPtuners?
