Stock tune question

I ordered an autocal with delete tunes. Also an exhaust. They will be delivered this week. My question is: Can I go ahead and remove the exhaust and unplug the egr before my autocal arrives or should I leave it all in place to download the stock tune?

Leave everything on, if you remove emissions stuff before, you’ll have a check engine light immediately it’ll be in limp mode which will probably affect your stock file that your attempting to save.
