LB7: Banks Economind tuner question

So I installed a Banks package this spring (4" exhaust, tuner, exhaust brake, etc.). All seems to be functioning fine, but even though I called and talked to the guy I dealt with for the purchase, I am still confused on just what each of the six power modes are supposed to be doing for me. I assumed that each successive level from level one (stock) would give me increased power and adjusted shift patterns.

I have done some testing on our level terrain here in MI, but can't really say I know just what it's doing. I added the system hoping it would give me some added power for mountain driving while pulling my fifth wheel trailer. I would like to have a better understanding of what I should expect before I go head up a mountain.

I appreciate any feedback from those who have a Banks system. Thx.

Level 1 is stock, level 2 is economy, level 3 is what I use for towing. I never use 4, 5, and 6 except to play around rarely.

So when I talked with Banks, the guy said he didn't know why they labeled 2 as "economy". I haven't done any math to see if I am getting better milage, do you see an improvement? Is it supposed to be better than stock??

I've been running this tuner for about 7 years. Level 2 gets about 1-1.5 MPG better than stock.
