EFI question

Looking to get EFI again here right away
And I no nothing about it as a shop did my work last time.
I'll need something to clear code's
DPF/EGR delete
And I believe one of them can read balance rates
Turbo break would be nice too if you can get it on a LMM
Shift on the fly. I believe I need the switch
And last off all, do you need a computer aside for the EFI unit?
I don't need something that I can make my own tunes.
