Allison 1000 5 speed gear ratio change?

I was checking out the transmission tuning section on my V2 and under table D1201 there is a list of your gear ratios.
Is it possible to change these or will doing so cause me some problems?
RPM's a little to high when doing 75 down the interstate and if possible to change the overdrive ratio would b great!!
May be a dumb question but I figured worth a shot! Thanks!!

The transmission cannot magically change it's gear ratios by changing the TCM settings. Those tables are there because the ALLISON 1000/2000/2400 series transmissions were available with different gear ratios for the transmission, and those tables allow you to set the TCM to what gears are in the trans itself.
