question about my v2

*I bought a v2 and 5 tunes from Idaho rob, first I would like to know if there is any way of replacing one of his tunes with one of my own!

Looks: debaged, smoked tail lights, billet grill, halos

Suspension: 7" trail master, pro comp es9000's, rare parts g2 tie rods, American racing wheels wrapped in 35s

Power adders: s&b intake, deviant race products mouthpiece, ppe boost valve, mbrp 3" intercooler piping, 4" exhaust, 7" mbrp tip, efi live by IDAHO ROB!

I think you've found your answer, but I'll reiterate it here- as I see it.

You can't modify a Professional tuner's DSP5 tunes because they're proprietary. Rob doesn't want you messing with the tables in his tune because they're his.

In which case does anyone have a dsp5 file for an lb7 I could look off of?

Are they locked so you cant see them or looked so that you can see them but cant edit them.

I have IdahoRob's tunes and they are awesome. But, I will be adding some things here and there and I want to mess with tire sizes and shut off some DTC codes. It will be a pain to have IdahoRob write me a new tune every few months just to change some basic parameters.

I suspect that it's both. You can neither see them or modify them due to proprietary security measures.

Unfortunately, this is the nature of buying times from a tune specialist. Seems to me like if you wanted to have a nuance of the tune changed, you'd have to go through Rob.
You trusted him to tune it initially, you'll have to trust him to alter his tunes.
