2006 LBZ 6.6 Tuning questions

Hi all,
First post so any advice would be great.
I have a 2006 Chev Silverado 2500 LBZ that has a big exhaust on it and everything else looks factory.
I use HP tuners for tuning and haven't tuned one of these here in NZ yet.
Any advice on what and where they make the power and how far they gain power etc?
Different platform than how i tune most other diesels so advice from someone that has experience tuning these engines/vehicles would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers in advance!!

I went back and adjusted your post to reflect the correct model year.

(Tuning Software) this is where all the HP Sticky’s are.
In the Sticky’s the links for me don’t work.
In the (Tune Library) there are no HP tunes to download.

Thread: 50/50 timing calculator. I can’t bring this up

There’s Still no love for HP Tuners. Not many people using HPT to tune Duramax
Have you tried HP Tuners site.
Could PM some of the people that are still current that posted in the HP Tuners section for help.
Google (hp tuners duramax tunes) see if that brings up anything

Duramax Tuner Home Page
Just had mine done by them. I went with the single tune 60 hp Light tow/econ. It has only been a week but the throttle response is noticeable.
