Been looking at this tuner for my truck. Will this tuner turn off egr cell?

No, if you read what it offers on the bottom line after Details & Power Levels.

I know other vendors will with the Autocal and there tuning, basically the same thing and better tuning.
That’s all it is a Autocal and he gives it a name Jack - SPADE

I would call Duramax Tuner and get it straight from the horses mouth. What they advertise and actually do might be two different things.

SPADE is Duramax Tuners/Calibrated Powers name for the AutoCal all others are called AutoCal.
There are tuners on here that sell the AutoCal that have very good tunes other than Duramax Tuner.

I can, NO Duramax Tuner aka Calibrated Power has NOT offered emissions deleted tuning for several years. They usually suggest MotorOps Canada for this stuff.
I needed a few delete tuning changes EFI Spade aka AutoCal, they referred me to MotorOps, using the same Spade/AC which saved a few $$$.
