Turbo Charger vane position sensor

HELP!!! I have a 2007 2500 with the LBZ Duramax in it. It has an Edge Juice Attitude programmer. I have 128,000 miles and it has been throwing the turbo vane position sensor code for probably 9 months. It isn't my daily driver so I didn't fix it immediately. I replaced the turbo vane position sensor and it threw the same code within 30 miles. The only other code I have gotten since I bought the truck 5 years ago is the air flow restriction. Any ideas of what may be going on?

You may need to disassemble the turbo and clean the carbon from the shaft so the vanes have full movement.

Thank you! I drove it last night and it kicked into limp mode as soon as I cranked it. This thing is giving me fits.
