Road Trip To MPL Motorsports!

Well on Tuesday morning i have an appointment at MPL for a 1058 Converter and a ATS co-pilot. Im about 3-4 hours away and i got to be there at 9am in Lacombe. So i will be leaving at 5am sharp (if i can get the girl friend out of bed on time). So, i will be throwing her in the back and were gone! Hopefully this experiance is better then the last tranny work i got done at NAPD. Im excited!
I will let everyone know how it works out!
ps- just so everyone knows MPL is a vendor on this site!

Lookin forward to hearing from you as to how it works for you. I am interested at getting this done on my truck. Any chance of letting us know what they are charging you? Also see you are using Mobil 1, do you know where to get a good price on this oil in Calgary?

if you dont mind me asking how much is it?
At powerama I was talking to someone about how I wanted run with the edge on level 6 all day long. They suggested their heavy hauler tranny for 6,000 for just parts and then another 1500-2000 for install. I just stared laughing out of control and walked away. Never will I buy anything from them

Had to put off the road trip for abit. As you all know the snow the last few days was intence. there was a 7 foot high snow drift in front of my garage door, and man door to the house. Did not feel to safe making a trip. So i managed to get the truck out after screwing around abit, went to the beer store, stocked up and stayed inside for a few days. Have to make another appointment i spose! Least MPL understood safety first. And, the g/f wouldnt let me go even if i wanted to drive through the blizzard. i was told
