There is a sled at Florida Flywheelers that they sometimes use on trucks. This place is mostly for antique tractors but during the off seasons I know they do allow pulls with other things as well. They have a website you might can get ahold of them to see what the deal is. We may be able to rent the place for a diesel pull off or something if there is any interest in this area. Their website is: http://www.floridaflywheelers.org/

I looked online at their website and didn't see anything about truck pulls. I know they have done it in the past this might be something they stopped doing for whatever reason. Next time I am out there I will ask around and see what I can find out. I live about 20 miles from there so I go by from time to time.
