The link for the rules doesn't work, is hanging weight allowed in street diesel?

I missed the April pull, and hope I can have a turbo back on my truck for this one...it sounds like a good pull

Good showing for the dmaxes, it was def an rpm/wheel speed track and the dmax shines there, no denying it! I'd love to get a 2.5 turbo and play with you guys tho...I could fit every other rule for that class too.

I was certainly happy to be one of the 3 that made a full pull, had the sled not broke I was looking forward to them setting it heavy for the pull off so I could see where I stood against Hartman's Pro-street dmax.

Not bad for a 6.5 at all, nothing to be ashamed of. Good looking truck too. What were your tire pressures set at? I remember you had a bit of a bouncing problem, and to me it looked like it was due to low pressure in the rear tires. Don't air down the rear tires, leave them at 50-60psi, the sled puts enough weight on them to get traction trust me. Fronts go down to about 28-35. I run 62psi in the rears, and 28 in the fronts, and in 24 hooks I have only had a problem bouncing 2 times.

I watched alot of guys bounce yesterday...and I can tell you 90% of it was because either-

1- Too low of tire pressure

2- Guys with automatics trying to build boost and launch too hard, the sudden jolt starts a wave effect that is hard to drive out of. Gotta roll out easy before hammering down.
